How will I post your items?
UK | In the UK your order will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For so you can track it along the way. You should receive it 1 - 3 days after dispatch.
Everywhere Else | Overseas orders (outside of the UK) will travel to you Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (or your country's equivalent if Signature or Tracking is not provided by your country's mail provider) I will send you tracking details once you order is marked 'Dispatched'. Please allow 5-7 working days (10-14 days once dispatched) for it to arrive; things can get delayed in customs so please be patient as this is out of my control.
SHIPPING REFUNDS - if the postage I pay to Royal Mail is less than the postage I charge you, then I'll refund you the difference on dispatch.
Customs Fees | Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Can you describe my International order as a 'gift'?
I'm afraid not. International orders, whoever they're for, have to have the value declared on the custom form.

Can you send my order direct to the recipient?
I am more than happy to post your gift direct to the recipient if you wish it to arrive as a gift; please notify me when ordering and I'll omit the receipt and write your personal message on a gift tag.
Please be sure to let me know the wording you wish me to write with your order - and ensure the 'Ship To' address is correct too.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and we'll sort things out for you as the last thing I want is an unhappy customer.
